Part-time Program Campus Visit Request

We would love for you to visit Heinz College and explore the part-time program in-person. Part-time program campus visits are available Monday - Thursday between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm (Eastern Time) when classes are in session (except on most US Holidays and select blackout dates).

Please submit your request with as much advanced notice as possible (preferably at least five (5) business days ahead of your visit date). You will receive a follow-up email from a member of our team to finalize your visit schedule, usually within 2-3 business days of the date you submit your request.

We offer visits Mondays - Thursdays, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm ET (same date/time as New York City).

When possible, we ask that you request dates that are five (5) business days in the future to allow time to coordinate your visit.

You may specify time periods for each date. Please allow at least enough time to accommodate all meetings between a start and end time. If you are flexible with meeting times on any day, please list all times you are available. We ask all visitors to specify at least 2 possible visit dates.
