We would love for you to visit with us at Heinz College! Please complete and submit this form to request an in-person or virtual visit with us. Please also upload a copy of your resume in the form submission.

Visits may be requested Monday - Thursday between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm (Eastern Timezone in the US) when classes are in session (except on most US Holidays and select blackout dates).

Please submit your request with as much advanced notice as possible (preferably at least 14 days ahead of your visit date).

You will receive a follow-up email from a member of our team to finalize your visit schedule, usually within 3-5 business days of the date you submit your request.

Virtual Visit Format: A Virtual Visit is a live, 30 minute online meeting with an admissions office representative.

Before you submit your request for a virtual visit, please watch one (or more!) of our Recorded Webinar Sessions (watch anytime on-demand). Watching a recorded webinar will help you prepare for your virtual visit appointment.

During your 30 minute-long virtual meeting, an admissions office representative will be able to answer any questions you have about the following:

Your background, interests, career goals
Degree program(s) overview and typical career outcomes
Admissions and financial aid
Connections for additional information or meetings

Campus Visit Options. Ideally, each visit includes the following meetings. When possible, we try to schedule meetings back-to-back to make the best use of your time with us. Your meetings may not be scheduled in this exact order.

The following additional options are available for in-person visits to our Pittsburgh campus. We generally recommend that you plan to spend at least half of a day - if not a full day - on the CMU campus to enjoy all visit options. We may not be able to accommodate these options in the months of May through August.

Preferred Visit Dates/Times

We offer visits Mondays - Thursdays, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm ET (same date/time as New York City).

When possible, we ask that you request dates that are at last 14 days in the future to allow time to coordinate your visit.

You may specify time periods for each date. Please allow at least enough time to accommodate all meetings between a start and end time. If you are flexible with meeting times on any day, please list all times you are available. We ask all visitors to specify at least 2 possible visit dates.

Virtual Visitors: You are requesting a live, online, one-on-one meeting with a member of our team. Please be sure you request dates/times only during our available visit hours when you will be able to participate in a Zoom call.
